Social Media – CTA

  • Created the Social Media program for CTA and CES determining which platforms to use bringing about a renewed focus on a cohesive voice and messaging which increased social engagement across all platforms.

  • Coordinated with both the Communications and Marketing departments to support the association’s brand and messaging, as well as, determine the appropriate voice for various platforms.
  • Created the social media strategy for CES Asia using Chinese social media channels, WeChat and Weibo.
  • Lead the digital efforts for CES Asia, partnering with a Shanghai-based digital media company to implement an HTML5 campaign leveraging WeChat to generate interest in an Asian market.
  • Identified content management systems for CTA Social media program allowing the team to post across multiple platforms and identified a robust analytics tool to be used to identify positives in CTA’s social outreach as well as areas that could use improvement. This increased productivity and building of followers.
