  • Oversaw the complete rebuild of two major websites, CES.tech and CTA.tech, and creation, launch and re-structuring of CESAsia.cn resulting in increased page views, time on site and significantly lowered bounce rate to under 10 percent.

  • Supervised the build out of two micro-sites for CTA’s books, Ninja Innovation and Digital Destiny, as well as, overhauled CTA’s i3 magazine website resulting in increased book sales, page views and sponsorship opportunities for the magazine.
  • Work with CTA Conferences team to create a mobile-first, responsive page alternative to apps for smaller programs increasing attendee satisfaction and improving CTA’s information distribution process.
  • Responsible for CES app development undergoing multiple design and functionality changes. Improvements included: indoor positioning via BLE beacons; greater sponsorship and sales opportunities; and integrated data streams allowing show attendees to sync schedules across both desktop and app versions of their show planner.
  • Developed and oversaw RFP process for the 2017 CES app which resulted in improved navigation and attendee satisfaction.
  • Developed monthly analytics reports shared with Executive management which gave rise to increased page views, higher social referral traffic and native advertising opportunities.
  • Partnered with the CTA IT department to procure a digital asset management tool which increased productivity by creating easy access CTA’s large photo and document library.
